About Advance Plant Services

We are based on a 5 acre property at Cornubia in Brisbane, a 10 acre property at Nerang on the Gold Coast and we also have a service depot at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. These facilities provide us with the necessary infrastructure to properly service all of our hundreds of satisfied clients from Kingscliff to Noosa. We are locally owned and operated, we believe in supporting local businesses and we are accredited members with IPA (Interior Plantscape Association).

Advance has a solid resource base from which to serve its growing customer base, whether a small commercial office or maintaining the indoor and outdoor landscapes of South East Queensland's leading Hotels, Resorts, Shopping Centres, Residential Towers and Green Star properties. We have an extensive team of fully trained, supervised and uniformed personnel, many of whom are qualified horticulturalists. We maintain all standards of sites from 3 to 6 star as well as green star accredited buildings and interiors.

We provide our clients with Programmed Maintenance Schedules and a proactive approach to increasing efficiency and productivity. We give careful and detailed thought to plant selection and maintenance procedures. Our experience of 35 years at the forefront of our industry guarantees our ability in these areas.

All sites are constantly supervised by our trained and experienced Supervisors and where necessary, external consultants. We ensure that desired standards are maintained and improved through a proactive service that is applied to all facets of the plantscapes of each site. Our end goal is improved productivity and an improved service to our clients. We also have an internal Quality Assurance System in place, which ensures consistent and professional service for our clients at all times.
