We represent multiple clients in the hospitality industry in remote and regional areas across Australia with high demand for cooks and chefs.

Owing to the difficulty in recruiting permanent staff from the local labour market, our clients have indicated willingness to offer sponsorship to the right candidate.

Whether you have full work rights in Australia or require sponsorship (TSS/RSMS/Training Visa) you must be prepared to relocate and to commit to our client for mid to long term.

Our clients include a busy Italian restaurant in North Queensland (Cairns), a Pub Restaurant on the outskirts of Darwin, NT, and a wood fired pizza restaurant in regional Victoria (1.5 hours from Melbourne).

Our clients require experienced cooks and chefs (2-3 years experience) for a number of full time roles. Skills in Italian cuisine and wood fired pizzas are highly regarded.
