At Sanatana Yoga Academy we wish to bring you authentic and affordable Yoga, irrespective of age, or physical ability. The word Sanatana means “eternal”. Hence we choose the name ‘Sanatana Yoga’to convey what we share with you is practice of the past thousands of years which has proven to be effective without side effects. These are based on compilation of Yoga by Sage Patanjali of India around 200BC. Our vision is to make yoga available to all, especially the disadvantaged sections of the community. Yoga develops discipline of Body, Mind and our Intellect. Yoga transforms us to become a non-judgemental, self-aware, mindful and inclusive person. It’s ideal for all ages
