A Step-By-Step Guide to Make Cold Stone Ice Cream Cupcakes

you ever heard someone saying no to cupcakes? Obviously, your answer is a big
no. Cupcakes are everyone’s favorite dessert. Whether they are simple or ice
cream cupcakes, you will always love them no matter what. Ice cream cupcakes
offer you an amazing combination of your favorite ice cream and the cupcake.
They will satisfy your ice cream as well as cupcake cravings at once.

You
can have them at a birthday party, tea party or during your office meetings.
Now if you want to make the cold stone ice cream cupcakes at home and thinking
that it would be a lengthy and difficult procedure. Actually, it is not. You
just need the right ingredients and also a little patience after placing the
cupcakes into the
chest
freezers
for at least 4-6 hours.

So,
follow the below-given step-by-step guide to make cold stone ice cream cupcakes
easily at home:

Ingredients:

       
i.           
1 carton of ice cream of your preferred
flavor (Cold Stone Creamery ice cream)

      ii.           
1 box of cake mix (Red Velvet,
Chocolate, or any other flavor you like)

    iii.           
1 pack of whipped topping

For
Chocolate Ganache

       
i.           
15 ounces of milk chocolate

      ii.           
3 cups of heavy cream

For
decoration

       
i.           
1 pack of Rainbow Sprinkles

      ii.           
1 bar of dark Chocolate (Grated)

    iii.           
Chocolate chips

    iv.           
Marshmallows

 

Method



















  • 1.     Prepare the batter for the cupcakes by following the
    instructions given on the box of cake mix. Pour the cake batter into the
    cupcake mold and bake at the given conditions of time and temperature.
  • After baking, remove from the oven, place the cupcakes on
    the rack, and let them cool at room temperature.
  • Now take your preferred cold stone ice cream out of the
    chest freezer and place it at the room temperature for around 15-20
    minutes.  In this way, it will become
    somewhat soft. Do not keep it at the room temperature for too long, otherwise
    it will become a liquid.
  • Place all the cupcakes on a tray. Add the softened cold
    stone ice cream at the center of the cupcakes and also cover them with a layer
    of ice cream on the top. Now cover the layer of cold stone ice cream with a
    layer of the chocolate ganache.
  • To prepare chocolate ganache, add the milk chocolate in a
    heat-resistant glass bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan. When it
    boils, add this to the chocolate. Mix them well and allow them to cool at room
    temperature.
  • Then place it in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Before applying
    chocolate ganache over your cake or cupcakes, mix it well at medium speed using
    an electric beater or mixer. Mix until it becomes soft and fluffy, however,
    avoid over-beating.
  • To add more flavors and crunch to your cold stone ice cream
    cupcakes, you can also add cookie crumbles into the chocolate ganache while
    mixing it.
  • Place the cupcakes in the fridge for a few hours, so they
    become all set for final decoration.
  • Decorate the cupcakes using different things such as rainbow
    sprinkles, chocolate chips, marshmallows, grated dark chocolate, icing, nuts,
    whipped cream, and any other thing you like.
  • Now place them in the freezer again for four to six hours.
    Now take them out of the freezer and enjoy your cold stone ice cream cupcakes.
