How important is Mattress Cleaning & How to get rid Bedbugs?

Horror! A few days ago, panic spread in our house - I thought we had bed bugs. Fortunately, it turned out to be a sock happily entering the house. I crushed him inhumanly ... At that time, I did not feel much pity.

However, the bed bug incident entailed good old-fashioned cleaning of mattresses and beds. Bed bugs are not something I really want to see in my own home, so I try very hard to keep the mattresses and the beds clean.

I make and make all the beds every day. Everyone gets a new pair of pajamas every week. I change duvet covers, pillowcases, and sheets twice a month. Monthly vacancies and swivel mattresses.

It might look a little over the top, but it will blow your pillow out of bed. How much dust is emitted? I think a little, even if you hit the pillows a lot.

The fabric collects dust like a magnet collects paper clips. The mattress is no different. Even if you are not allergic, if you leave the mattress unattended for a long time, you will sniff and sneeze.

If you don't clean your mattress often, I would recommend you professional steam clean mattress  first. A little tip: bring cleaning products in the morning to keep the bed dry and ready to sleep overnight.

Steam cleaning will remove dirt and stains that appear on the mattress without ventilation. Moisture builds up in our body, which builds up everywhere when the mattress is not ventilated. This is why you see these brown waves.

After the steam mattress is completely cleaned, you can start installing some systems to avoid having to steam clean for a year.

The most important thing is that the bed is airy. When you get up to reveal your underwear, throw it under the covers every day. Shower and get dressed, have breakfast, then make your bed before leaving the house. Drying your mattress after you have slept in it all night will prevent brown stains and keep you and your mattress healthy.

To get rid of dust particles, spray baking soda on the mattress once a month and leave it on for several hours, then vacuum thoroughly. Turn the mattress over and do the same on the other side. This will not only rid you of dampness, mildew, and particles, but it will also bring back the scented beauty of your bedroom.

Wash blankets and pillows twice a year. It's really good to be dry this time. After washing, put several pairs of tennis rackets in the dryer to blow up and wipe down blankets and pillows.

Taking care of your bed is just as important as taking care of yourself or your car. Keep bed bugs, particles, and mildew out of your bed.
